Stop trying to be anything, even yourself.

Erm…
Wait…
Is this a philosophical answer?
Or a random quotation?

Nope.
The message that I am bringing here is that

“Everyone is already, and has always been, themselves. Also, no one can ever be someone else.”

And,

“The source of conflict that you are trying to eliminate is the attempt to be anything.”

What do I mean?

First of all,
to improve yourself,
you need to know what is ‘yourself’.

Aren’t you what you do?
Your behavior, achievements, career, certificates, IQ test result, personality test result, and similar?

Well…
I agree…
partially.

If you are the one choosing what you do,
there is a slight separation between you and your action,
similar to your hand and your body;
your hand is part of the your body,
not the entire body.

Therefore,
what you do is part of you,
and not the entire you.
This may be applied to you and your body as well.

Then, how about your astrological sign, birth chart, and similar?

If your chart needs an interpreter to explain what you are,
how do we tell if the interpreter is the master of his/her craft to give an unbiased, exact reading?
I haven’t found an answer yet.
(Do share with me if you have an idea, I do love to hear it.)

So, what are you?

If you are indescribable,
would you agree?
Would you agree that you are beyond words like magnificent?

“The idea of you being some explainable things isn’t doing you enough justice;
taking a part of you and stating that it is you is just inaccurate and misleading.”

As such,
the attempt to be something is being unauthentic,
the attempt to be the idea of who you are that is contained by words is being unauthentic,
any attempt simply misleads you from who you are,

Then,
with unauthenticity,
it leads us to the question:
“How do I improve myself?”,
in the hope to change things that we think as ourselves.

However,
the question that we may actually be asking is:
“How do I act such that I can achieve what I want?”.

And,
my answer is?
Simply,
learn and practice;
Get knowledge on the subject and practice consistently.

With the internet,
knowledge has become much available to us through many forms;
videos, info-graphs, contactable coaches, and similar on interested subjects can be easily accessed.

And,
for consistent practice,
it may just depend on how much anyone is willing to make it happen for oneself.

So…
ain’t it simple?
